Mr. Prakaash S. Shah joined the construction firm as an accountant in 1980. While climbing the corporate ladder, He earned the trust of his peers and customers & gathered vast industry knowledge in 14 years of service.
In 1994, Mr. Shah ventured into his own business and incorporated “Kosha Konstructions”, now known as “Chandrakosha Konstructions Pvt Ltd (CKPL)” & has never looked back since then.
With immense expertise of 40 years, Mr Shah has successfully built extensive goodwill for himself as a master of all the domains in the real estate industry.
